Chartered Trip Cancellation Policy

At this time, the cancelation policy for Caesars states that you must cancel any charter flight reservation 14 or more days before departure to not be charged the $400 cancelation fee. Should you have an emergency within the 14 days before a charter departs, you will be required to show a medical letter on the doctor's company letterhead to be refunded the $400 charged to your credit card.
